About Aurora Jewellery
The Orkney Islands have been inhabited for at least 5,500 years, and this heritage provides a wealth of inspiration to Aurora's jewellery designers and craftsmen. A land of dramatic seas and landscapes, it is the home of Aurora Jewellery where creativity flourishes and individual pieces are created drawing inspiration from surroundings.
Founded in 1997, Aurora is based in a purpose-built workshop and gallery just outside Kirkwall, and overlooks the stunning scenery of Scapa Flow. In this idyllic situation and from this strong foundation Aurora aims to be a shining example of uncompromising craftsmanship.
From the start we have focused on quality and innovation, and our commitment to good work ethics is complemented by the high standards of friendly and efficient service given to all of our customers.
